On Labor Day we picked peaches in the morning and planted a tree in our front yard. The peaches we picked turned into 37 quarts of canning and the tree is doing great. I love fall time. I enjoy canning, but am also glad all I have left is applesauce. The pantry is full of peaches, tomatoes, salsa, grape juice, rhubarb syrup, carrots, and green beans. The freezer is stocked with freezer jam - peach, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, freezer corn, and onions. Yummy goodness for winter.

Wow that IS a lot of yummy goodness! We better head up to your house to enjoy some of that said goodness. :)
