Kirk Heaton Reunion

We are in the process of reserving the cabin for the reunion. The dates will be Thursday, July 29th, check in at 3 PM, Friday, July 30th, and Saturday, July 31st, check out at 1 PM. A lot of the cabins we were looking at were already booked, but feel this cabin will be a fun place to spend time together. You can check it out on VRBO.com and enter vrbo# 165995. The cabin has 5 bedrooms and a loft area for sleeping. There are three floors, top floor has 2 bedrooms each with full/twin bunk, and the loft with daybed and trundle; main floor with sofa sleeper if needed for kids, and basement with 3 bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, and one with 2 sets of twin bunks with sofa and loveseat for kids if needed. There is a bathroom on each floor. Since no bedroom has a private bath, we thought each room should cost the same and the loft be cheaper. With the auction money, we would use part for the cleaning fee and the other part to buy food since we will not be too close to a store. We broke it down to $140 for each bedroom and $100 for the loft. This should be the total cost for both nights and food included. We would like to know everyone's first and second choice for bedrooms and if there is a problem we will just draw names. The money is due by June 29th to the renter and would like your portion before the end of May if possible and have it paid for before I have the baby. We also thought it would be fun to do the auction again so begin thinking of fun things to make and bring. If you have questions let Dan or I know.
